The needs on this page reflect real moments of care at New Hope.
Sometimes those moments look like a simple gift placed in caring hands. Sometimes they look like encouragement offered at just the right time. The items shared here help us create those moments for women and families who may not feel like they have someone on their side. In addition to financial giving, these options offer a hands-on way to give gifts that communicate hope, dignity, and support in tangible, personal ways.
Our Amazon Wishlist
When a pregnancy is confirmed, clients are invited to take part in education and support that helps them prepare for parenting with confidence. Through pregnancy and parenting education, participants earn “Baby Bucks” that can be used in the Hope Chest, a space filled with maternity and baby items made possible by community generosity.
We also need: Fun gift cards ($5, $15, $25)
Please contact us before donating a gift card as these are used as a part of our client inventive program, and we have parameters in place for gift cards.
Hope Chest & Incentives
The Hope Chest is where clients can use Baby Bucks earned in our education program to purchase baby and maternity items. The incentives sections below includes gift cards that are earned at different milestones throughout our program. We accept gently used and new items.
More than meeting immediate needs, the Hope Chest allows parents to plan, budget, and provide for their children with dignity. Each item represents encouragement, preparation, and a community that believes families deserve support.
The Hope Chest is stocked through new and gently used donations from supporters. Items may be dropped off during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For larger donations or questions, we welcome you to call ahead at 423.479.5825.

How to Give
1. Give us a call to let us know you are coming (423) 479-5825.
2. Meet us at the “loading dock” entrance (on the 4th Street side of the building).
3. A member of our team will fill out a donation form, giving you a receipt for your records.

Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We are closed 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. for lunch.

Are your services really free?
Yes! All of our services are free of charge to clients and completely confidential. Women can visit our center confidently knowing they will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that they need.
How does my support make a difference?
Your support helps sustain the care offered through the center and ensures it remains available when it’s needed most. By giving, you become part of a community that steps in, supports life, and walks alongside others in meaningful ways.

Do I need any ministry experience to become a volunteer?
No. You do not need any ministry experience to volunteer at our center. Here, our team serves women and families with professionalism, compassion, and respect. You can feel confident knowing that we work together in a faith-filled culture, supporting one another as we offer care in moments that matter. You can find a role that fits your strengths and be fully trained by our center. There are no jobs too small!

Do you provide abortion services?
No. We do not provide or refer for abortion of any kind. We do, however, provide free pregnancy tests, early-obstetric ultrasounds, and much more to clients seeking pregnancy confirmation.
